1. Who we are

This website, bestdealwebdesign.com (“the Site”), is operated by Dot Com Services Ltd. (Дот Ком Сървисес ЕООД), a company registered in Bulgaria with its address at Han Asparuh 5, Montana 3400, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. You can reach us at sales@dotcom.services.

2. What data we collect

The Site collects personal data in exactly one place — the contact / quote request form:

  • Name, email address, and optionally a phone number;
  • The package you are interested in and the project description you write;
  • Technical submission details (IP address, browser user-agent, time) used solely for spam protection and abuse prevention.

The Site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard web server logs (IP address, requested URL, time) for security and operations.

3. Why and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your request — we process form data to prepare and send you the quote you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering a contract);
  • Spam and abuse prevention — technical details are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the Site operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited marketing.

4. Where it goes and how long we keep it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our sales inbox and stored in our lead records. They are not sold or shared with third parties. Processing happens on infrastructure operated by us and our parent brand within the EU. We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a client relationship follows (in which case accounting and contract law set longer statutory periods).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can at any time request:

  • access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correction or deletion of that data;
  • restriction of or objection to its processing;
  • a portable copy of the data you provided.

Write to sales@dotcom.services and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
