1. Who provides the services

BestDealWebDesign is a brand of Dot Com Services Ltd. (Дот Ком Сървисес ЕООД), Han Asparuh 5, Montana 3400, Bulgaria (“we”). These terms govern the web design services presented on bestdealwebdesign.com. Ordering a package means accepting these terms together with the written offer you receive.

2. Quotes, scope and prices

• Every project starts with a written fixed quote based on your brief. The quote lists the exact scope, price and timeline, and prevails over the general package descriptions on the Site.
• Displayed prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where VAT applies; the quote states the final amounts. Promotional (“launch”) pricing applies to projects confirmed while the promotion is active.
• Package scope limits (number of pages, products, revisions) are stated on the Site and in the quote. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done — there are no silent extra charges.

3. What is included with every package

• Registration of one domain name (first year) in the client’s name;
• Twelve months of web hosting on MaiaHost.com infrastructure with an SSL certificate;
• The design, development and optimization work described in the chosen package;
• Thirty days of post-launch corrections to the delivered work, free of charge.

After the first year, the domain and hosting renew at MaiaHost’s standard published rates unless you cancel or transfer them — both are yours to keep or move at any time.

4. Client cooperation

Timelines assume you provide business information, texts, images and feedback within reasonable time. Delays in providing materials extend the timeline accordingly. You warrant that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payment

Payment terms are stated in the written offer and invoice issued by Dot Com Services Ltd. We accept bank transfer and card payments. The website goes live on your domain after final payment is received, unless the offer says otherwise.

6. Ownership

Upon full payment you own the delivered website: its design, content, files and domain name. We retain the right to use general know-how, open-source components under their own licenses, and to reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. What we do not promise

We deliver the full technical SEO and GEO foundation described on the Site. We do not and cannot guarantee specific search rankings, AI citations, traffic volumes or revenue — those depend on factors outside any provider’s control.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services, client-made changes, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts, after a good-faith attempt to settle amicably. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
