Fifty-four pages for a managed IT company in Queens, and a ten-question IT health check that asks how an office works rather than what it runs. It ends in a summary: up to three areas worth talking about, in the order the answers put them, and the four plans at their published prices for the office's headcount, each split into the untaxed work and the taxed protection. There is no score and no grade, nothing is kept in the visitor's browser, and sending it is an enquiry that lands in a small staff inbox. Nothing is booked.

Demonstration site. Woodside Patchbrook IT Services, LLC is a fictional business invented for this demo — every phone number on it is literally 000-000-0000. The website itself is entirely real and built exactly as yours would be.
Why this design works for a managed it for small offices
Most IT company websites open with a free assessment and a promise to keep an office safe. This design opens with an IT health check that is honest about what ten questions can know. It asks how the office works: who people call, how they sign in, whether anybody has ever brought a file back from the backup, what happens to a leaver's accounts. It answers with up to three areas worth talking about, each with what a first conversation would look at first, and says in a fixed line that it has looked at nothing, found nothing and is no audit. The browser and the server read the same rules, so the summary on the screen is the summary in the staff inbox.
The law shaped the prices and the pages. In New York a managed plan's work is not taxed but protective security software is, and a bill that folded the two together would make the whole plan taxable, so every plan is printed as two lines and the summary works out the tax on the protection alone. A plan is twelve months that never renews by itself. New York City's new Electronics license for anyone who installs or repairs computers for pay is explained, never claimed. HIPAA, the SHIELD Act and the state's cybersecurity regulation each get a page that says whose duty it is: the site supports a practice's obligations and never calls anyone compliant.
And it draws the lines a careful IT company draws. Security cameras and alarms, new cable runs and electrical work, investigating a break-in and anything to do with paying a ransom are each left to the trade the law names, with a page that says so. The health check never asks for a password, a user name or anything that could open a system, and no copy of an office's answers is e-mailed anywhere. Fifteen pages quote what IT websites commonly say, from 'HIPAA-compliant IT' to 'hack-proof protection that stops every breach', and answer each claim with the rule and its source.
Ten answers cannot measure an office, so the summary gives no score, grade or percentage and never compares one office with another. It names what is worth a conversation and says, every time, that it is no audit and no compliance check.
The work of a plan is not taxed in New York and the protective software is. Every price is printed both ways, and the summary works out the tax on the protection alone, so a visitor sees the bill a real agreement would send.
HIPAA, the SHIELD Act and the state's cybersecurity regulation each put duties on the office. The site explains them, supports them and never calls anyone compliant; a business associate agreement is described, never promised.
The health check never asks for a password, a user name, a domain or the make of a firewall, keeps nothing in the browser and mails no copy of the answers. The office's own notification carries a reference and nothing else.

Mobile first, not mobile afterthought
Local service searches are overwhelmingly done on phones, so the phone layout is the one we design first and test hardest. Text stays readable without zooming, the phone number stays reachable with a thumb, and nothing needs a horizontal scroll.
Every page, listed
54 indexable pages, each with its own title, description, structured data and a place in the sitemap. That is 54 chances to appear in a search instead of one.
What $500 covers
You get the same structure and design system with your business in it — your name, logo, colours, photographs, services, prices and locations, and every page rewritten for you. Two businesses starting from this design do not end up looking like each other.
Pages you do not need come out. Pages you need that are not there can be added at $90 each. The local SEO — titles, descriptions, structured data and the copy itself — is retargeted from Woodside to wherever you actually work.

Not quite your trade? Designs adapt more easily than people expect — the structure matters far more than the industry it was written for. Tell us what you do and we will say honestly whether this one fits.
Questions
Yes, the ones you actually hold, each named as the vendor's own program with its tier and a way to check it. This demonstration is a fictional company, so it holds none and has a page explaining what such badges mean.
It could, but ten answers about an office cannot measure its security, and a score invites the very comparison an honest summary avoids. The design names areas worth talking about instead, in the order the answers put them.
Then your plans can be printed as one figure, with a note on how your state taxes them. In New York a bundle that includes taxable protection makes the whole plan taxable, which is why this demonstration keeps the two lines apart.
No. It asks how the office works, never for a password, a user name, an address of a machine or any client or patient information. The enquiry adds a name, an e-mail, a telephone and a preferred day.
No. Every picture was generated and says so on the picture. There is no screen, laptop or keyboard in any of them, no maker's name on any equipment, and two show only a technician's hands. Your own photographs replace them.
