Landscaping website design with estimate booking and season plans
Fifty-two pages for a lawn care and landscaping company in western Nassau County and eastern Queens, and the software that kind of company runs on. A visitor prices a weekly visit from the size of the lot, then books an estimate visit into an estimator's one-hour window. After it comes a written season plan with every visit dated on a crew's route day, each with its price and its sales tax, or a snow contract priced for the season. A household gets three business days to cancel, the season ends by itself, and nothing is paid on the website.

Why this design works for a landscaping and lawn care company
Built for how your customers actually decide
People look for a landscaper when the grass is already long, and they want a price. So this design prices a weekly visit from the size of the lot, with the formula printed in full, and shows each band's price at both ends before anyone visits. Every job still starts with an estimate visit. It is booked into an estimator's one-hour window with a short form: who owns the property, what it's for, the ZIP code and street, then a day and a window.
The rules shaped the software. In Nassau County mowing a lawn is licensed home improvement, so the contract rules apply to a lawn plan too. A household gets three business days to cancel, nothing is done before they end, and the notice comes three times over. Lawn fertilizer is not allowed from November 15 to April 1, so the four feeding rounds sit inside that window and carry no phosphorus. Sales tax follows the address: 8.625% in Nassau and 8.875% in Queens. Snow cannot be dated in advance, so it is a contract priced for the season and invoiced in four parts, with the sidewalk duty explained.
And the company claims only what it can. It applies no pesticide at all, because in New York a weed killer is a pesticide, and it makes no 'organic', 'pet-safe' or 'guaranteed green' claims. It calls its designer a garden designer, because only a licensee may use the title landscape architect. It plants no invasive plant, does no tree work, and prints no percent-off deals and no reviews. Twelve pages quote what landscaping sites commonly advertise and answer each claim with the rule and its source.
A price from the lot, printed in full
A weekly visit costs a crew's time on the lot: eight minutes plus 1.6 per thousand square feet, plus ten minutes for the stop, at the crew's hourly rate, rounded to the nearest $5. The estimator shows the band and both ends of its price. No 'from' price, no deal.
Feeding inside the law's dates
Nassau County allows no lawn fertilizer from November 15 to April 1. The engine puts the four feeding rounds inside that window, without phosphorus. A plan signed late in the season leaves out the rounds whose weeks have passed, and doesn't move them.
Snow by the season, not by the push
Snow cannot be dated in advance, so a snow contract has no dated visits. It is a fixed price for December to March by the size of the driveway, invoiced in four parts after each month begins. The page also says plainly that the sidewalk stays the owner's duty in law.
Tax by the address
Lawn care is taxable in New York, and the rate follows where the work is done. Every worked plan shows each visit's tax, at 8.625% in Nassau County or 8.875% in Queens, and the total.

Local service searches are overwhelmingly done on phones, so the phone layout is the one we design first and test hardest. Text stays readable without zooming, the phone number stays reachable with a thumb, and nothing needs a horizontal scroll.
52 indexable pages, each with its own title, description, structured data and a place in the sitemap. That is 52 chances to appear in a search instead of one.
Nine service pages
Weekly lawn care, spring and fall clean-ups, aeration and overseeding, lawn feeding
Planting and garden design, patios, walkways and walls, sprinklers
Snow removal contracts, and grounds for associations and businesses
Each with its prices at both ends, or why it is quoted in writing
A price before anyone visits
A lot-size estimator: width and depth, or square feet, to the band and its price
The formula behind every weekly price, printed in full
Worked season plans, priced to the cent with the tax on every visit
Booking the way the trade works
An estimate visit first, booked into a one-hour window, at least a day ahead
A season plan in writing, every visit dated on a crew's route day before the first
Rain moves a visit to the next dry day that week, and a skipped visit is not invoiced
Three business days to cancel for a household, with the state's own notice
Snow by contract for the season, December to March, invoiced in four parts
Twelve pages on what a landscaper should not claim
'Weed control included', 'Organic and pet-safe', 'Licensed and insured', 'Guaranteed green'

Each is quoted as landscaping sites advertise it, and answered with the law and a source

Included — not an add-on
Estimate booking, season plans and a crew calendar
Two estimators in one-hour windows with travel time between visits, and four crews on fixed route days. An estimate visit is booked into a free window. The office then issues a season plan, a job or a snow contract. A plan dates every visit on the crew's route day and fits it into the crew's working day. The website, the e-mailed pages and the staff screens all read the same database. The rules are written once for the page and once for the server, then checked against each other.
What your customers do
Price a weekly visit from the lot's width and depth or its square feet
Book an estimate visit: who owns the property, what it's for, the address, a day and a window
Move or cancel the estimate from its own page
Read, accept or cancel an agreement from its link, with the three days to cancel printed
Skip a week's visit from its own page until the evening before
What your staff control
Each crew's route by day, and each estimator's day of visits
Issue a season plan, a job or a snow contract from an estimate, every visit allocated
A rain day: move a crew's day to the next dry day of the week in one step
Log a storm and the snow contracts it covers
Crew leads see their own route; the office sees the business
What happens automatically
Reminders before every estimate and every visit
Two people reaching for the last estimate window at the same second get one booking and one plain answer, held by a database lock and proved by racing them
A plan signed part-way through the season starts with the visits still ahead
No answer ever says whether an address or an e-mail already has a plan
The software runs on your own hosting and belongs to you. There is no monthly licence, no per-booking commission and no third party holding your customer list — which over a few years is usually worth more than the price of the website.
What $890 covers
Yours, not a copy of the demo
You get the same structure and design system with your business in it — your name, logo, colours, photographs, services, prices and locations, and every page rewritten for you. Two businesses starting from this design do not end up looking like each other.
Pages you do not need come out. Pages you need that are not there can be added at $90 each. The local SEO — titles, descriptions, structured data and the copy itself — is retargeted from Woodside to wherever you actually work.

Questions
About this design
Can customers pay online?
Not in this demonstration. Each visit is invoiced after it is done and paid by card, check or bank transfer, and nothing is prepaid. Online payment brings in a payment provider and its own rules on prepaid plans. That's a real conversation, and one we're happy to have.
Can our license number go on the site?
Yes, and in Nassau County it has to. This demonstration is a fictional company, so it prints none and says why on every page. A real company shows its own home improvement license number in every ad.
We do weed control. Can the site say so?
If you hold the State registration and certification, yes, with the details the law asks for. This design applies no pesticide at all, so it says so and explains why. Your site would describe your own program as it is licensed.
Do plans renew automatically?
Not in this design. A season ends on its last visit, and in January the office asks whether you'd like another season. New York lets a service contract renew automatically only with written notice at the right time. If you want renewals, we can build the notices in.
Are the pictures of a real company?
No. Every picture on this demonstration was generated by a computer and says so on the picture. No mower or trimmer carries a maker's name. Your own photographs of your crews and your work replace them.
Every cut priced beside its length, booking with a named barber or the first free one, a calendar that never takes the last free chair, and a live walk-in board — with the price, hygiene and license rules written the way New York actually has them.
Every treatment priced at every length with the time on the table and the tax beside it, booking that holds a practitioner and a room, packages that never expire — and the licensing, draping and health-claim rules written the way New York actually has them.
A consultation with the artist first, reference pictures stripped of their metadata, one hourly rate and every deposit case printed in advance — and the age, license and hygiene rules written the way New York actually has them.
